I assembled a PC for my mom yet her phones remain invisible in Explorer or Device Manager though they work fine. I’ve refreshed all drivers and the BIOS, attempted to turn on USB Debugging, but it still isn’t visible. The phones do appear on my laptop.

Certain devices offer a feature when connected to a PC or laptop to move files between them. Try connecting your phone and check if the option appears (the screen helps here). It might appear briefly, allowing you to send or receive files like photos.

There are no pop-ups at all; the interface doesn’t mention USB charging, only general charging.
