In short, my dad asked me to visit because his laptop was having issues with random crashes. He thought a virus or script might be causing the problem and tried reinstalling Windows, changing the HDD, and checking for power loss. It kept failing at each step. The machine runs continuously and shows no power interruptions—only the charging port LED blinks. It seems to be an Acer Aspire model (possibly Ryzen 2700U with 8GB DDR4 and integrated GPU). Could be related to the built-in graphics. Any advice would be appreciated!
