I own an affordable 300USD machine from Amazon that functioned properly until I shifted it two feet away from its original placement. It was linked to a 32in Roku TV without any problems. Now the display you see is what I’m experiencing, and when I connect my small monitor, the 32in TV disconnects until it restarts.

It appears the system has been adjusted to tablet mode. Activate tablet mode if needed. For the other concern, I would attempt to remove and reinstall the graphics driver. A recent update might have caused instability.

Consider testing both the TV and monitor, then right-click your desktop, go to Display settings, and finally choose your TV as the main screen.
