There is a device that previously functioned but is now non-operational. Losing my phone would be problematic since it won't appear in the app or web portal. I've cleared the cache; the app has all required permissions and shows my device and location correctly. No settings have been changed, yet it stopped working suddenly. It displays 'no active devices.' I also mentioned a Pixel 6 Pro (edited July 31, 2022 by TDude_1).

It seems you might be using multiple Google accounts. If this isn't the situation, it's best to reach out to Google support as they handle both your Pixel phone and the Find My Device features.
