Hi, your girlfriend's computer keeps restarting to the motherboard manufacturer's setup screen. She's removed the CMOS battery several times and has tried using RAM one at a time, but nothing seems to work. She values her device a lot and we've already tried many fixes without success. The logo screen appears during boot, and we're stuck there. Could you help us figure out possible solutions? Thanks.

The specifications are quite outdated, but the manual indicates there’s no flash button visible unless your vision is accurate. She’s been running the system since August last year and now it keeps standing up unexpectedly.

The PC remains active on the BIOS splash screen for a specific duration. If your motherboard includes a video port, opt for that instead of using a graphics card. Also, eliminate any hard drives and attempt to gain access to the BIOS manually.

Typically the splash screen stays on forever, though it occasionally powers off by itself. She mentioned taking out one stick of RAM and it appeared in the BIOS, but it shut down right away. I plan to have her replace the graphics card to check further.

I performed a brief verification of the motherboard and it seems the flash files are accessible. https://support.ts.fujitsu.com/IndexQuic...sp?q=D3162 Retrieve the latest version on a USB drive. Once you enter the BIOS, attempt to flash it. If possible, saving the board is likely the optimal approach.
