Hello, I'm having an issue with my new China dual CPU motherboard. I don't see any BIOS or Windows, and the display doesn't appear at all. It shows "AE (no boot device found)." But I have a SSD with Windows and a USB Windows installation drive connected. Can someone assist me?

Hardware includes 1 xeon E5 2666 V3 with 8GB RAM, an ECC 2133 GPU. It's an older AMD model, but it functions properly.

Did the board include any manuals? It seems there’s nothing available about this board. You might try using BIOS interrupt keys during startup to access the BIOS and verify device detection. Also, confirm whether your CPU is placed in the lowest slot—CPU 0 or 1—as per their labeling. Dual CPU boards can face problems with PCIe and storage if only one CPU is installed.
