I upgraded the motherboard and CPU, but the PC still doesn’t show any activity. I suspect the board might be damaged during shipping. Check the specs you have: motherboard model Asus B660 M-A D4, CPU i3 12100F with stock cooler, HyperX 2x8GB RAM at 3200MHz CL16, AMD Radeon R9 370 4GB, PSU Seasonic CORE GC-500, and an HDD with some WD drives. Did I do something wrong? Updated July 2, 2022 by Maximefort

We haven't confirmed the exact steps yet. Have you verified the PSU switch? Consider reconnecting the cables. Inspect the front panel connector carefully—could be a misplacement. Try powering on by briefly touching the power pins with a screwdriver; perhaps the power button inside is faulty. All these suggestions seem valid. Proceed with a PSU test, either using your existing motherboard and CPU or performing the paperclip test (unplug all cables first).

Completed, it was the front panel connector. I connected it incorrectly, thank you for your assistance!
