So here are my PC details before I encountered this issue: AMD 5800X3D ROG Strix X570-I gaming GTX 1080 Ti paired with a 1440p DP monitor and another 1440p HDMI display. I recently moved from an Intel CPU to this AMD model to upgrade my GPU, benefiting from the recent price drops—about 20% in Sweden. This change allowed me to enable secure boot for Valorant on Windows 11 by skipping the old setup. Now, when I boot into BIOS, no display appears. The BIOS functioned during startup, but after updating via Armoury Crate and reinstalling drivers, it stopped showing anything. I attempted driver updates from a PC guide and fast startup settings, but nothing resolved the issue. I also tested using a lower-resolution monitor to check if the BIOS handled different resolutions, and even limited the setup to one monitor with all ports active. I suspect the CPU might be preventing proper output, but without a clear path forward, I’m stuck and seeking advice.

I omitted adding that I shorted the pins because I lack a CMOS battery, but I’ll attempt to re-flash the BIOS.

And yes, I'm using Windows and every time I reach the BIOS I need to press F10 to enter and then hit Enter to reset.

It checks whether a single monitor is active during operation.

I also faced difficulties updating my DP drivers because the error message appeared, but testing with HDMI ports didn’t seem to help.

I've checked every mix of connecting one monitor to all HDMI and DP outputs

As mentioned in the previous message, I've tested all available ports including HDMI.

I also mentioned earlier that my CPU doesn’t have a built-in GPU, so those options are available now. However, I tried them before and they didn’t function properly.

If you verified your details, it's a mini ITX board.

For those seeking a fix, the solution involved disconnecting all hard drives and one RAM stick, then booting without them. Only the HDMI monitor needed to be connected. After that, enabling secure boot resolved the issue, allowing full PC functionality through the HDMI port. Secure boot is related but now everything functions properly.
