Hi, my new PC isn’t posting properly. The GPU fans aren’t spinning steadily and sometimes freeze up, which might be because the temperature needed to turn them on isn’t being reached. It’s even more confusing that the case buttons don’t respond, even though they’re all wired together in a single connector. I’m using a Ryzen 5 5600 with an Asus Prime B550-A WIFI II Micro ATX TEAMGROUP, 16 GB DDR4-3200 CL22 RAM (2 x 8 GB), Crucial P3 Plus 1 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 4.0 NVME SSD, and a Gigabyte GAMING OC Radeon RX 6500 XT 4 GB graphics card. I’ve checked the power supply, fans, and CPU fan—everything seems fine. The GPU fan stutters despite normal operation. I tried resetting the CMOS and re-seating the RAM sticks, but nothing changed. My last thought is a BIOS version mismatch; maybe this board won’t accept a BIOS update, especially since I don’t have an older CPU available. Let me know if you need more details!

Sorry about the additional pictures, I missed them when I shared and editing doesn't resolve the issue.

It seems you're dealing with a 3rd generation chipset paired with a 5th generation CPU, likely needing only a BIOS update. I couldn't locate an option to update the BIOS directly on the marketplace. Perhaps someone nearby or the retailer could assist?

It seems you're dealing with an RMA board due to a missing older CPU. If this isn't helpful, I'll suggest the AMD CPU loaner program. Appreciate your support!
