Not sure where to post this, I have uninstalled and reinstalled synapse and the devices. I have tried uninstalling synapse and restarting the pc. Under device manager there is a triangle sign with an exclamation point next to the names nm the devices. the devices show up in synapse as working, but windows doesn't give the option to use them for audio output even though it knows they exist, but like i said they are both under other devices. The devices are a razer Nommo chroma and Blackshark v2 pro
Any help would be appreciated.

Where did you obtain the drivers? Consider downloading them directly from the maker's site. Reinstall and set up as needed. Avoid third-party programs. Verify the website is legitimate before proceeding.

It seems the issue affects all new USB devices. Checking the properties reveals no drivers installed or available. This problem is currently impacting a SanDisk thumb drive. The Windows update indicates it is up to date.
