Randomly I attempted to power on my PC, but received an error screen. I reinstalled Windows on a different drive to investigate and it was full. If that was the cause, I purchased a larger SSD to replace it and downloaded the OS. Recently, after several restarts, it displays a blue troubleshooting window. I’ve changed the PCIe slot, updated BIOS settings, adjusted boot order, but the problem continues. I’m unsure if the issue lies with my RAM, GPU, or motherboard. I’m using a 1TB M.2 SSD from this link: https://amzn.eu/d/06EUxwzb. My system specs are: Windows 10 Pro, Ryzen 5 3600, Gigabyte B550m Ds3h (motherboard), Nvidia 1660ti, Corsair CV450 PSU. Since the problem occurs with multiple drives, I suspect the SSD itself isn’t the cause. I received an error code during a repair attempt (“INACCESSIBLE BOOT DEVICE”), which might point to the SSD. Could that be the root cause? Thank you for your help.

The troubleshooting screen displays options to resolve issues, such as disabling fast startup or booting in safe mode.

Only the basic windows feature is available, and every option triggers an error stating it can't do anything else except the command prompt. I'll attempt that.

Have you cleared the CMOS? (Restart this process each time it triggers)
