Device functionality seems off.
I own this laptop, which has been working well for several years. After putting it to sleep, when I returned, its CPU and GPU speeds appeared fixed to a certain rate. This could indicate a problem with the Windows sleep feature not functioning properly and overlooking clock limits, though I’m uncertain. I plan to leave this note overnight and hope it resolves itself, but I’d appreciate any suggestions if someone has experience. The specifications are listed in the top left of the attached image.
The actual model could also be useful. Usually with prebuilt versions you can simply search for everything. It’s much simpler. My initial thought is a Microsoft update. Perhaps a rollback? It’s conceivable a new OS disrupted things. Recently there was an over voltage scandal, leading companies to remove such items retroactively. This might be a consequence of that.
