I just added an RX580 and a 600W power supply to my PC, and it’s working now. It passes the test only after I take out the CMOS battery to reset the BIOS.
I've noticed on some A320 boards that limited space in the BIOS affects updates for 3000-series models, often requiring removal of certain device support. In one instance, the problematic update came after several revisions before the 3000-series update, making it hard to locate. Also, are you running any M.2 drives? It's conceivable that the M.2 and GPU are competing for the same lanes—some boards include two M.2 slots for this reason. If M.2/PCIe issues aren't the issue, it's not uncommon for PCIe devices to block specific SATA ports, which can prevent booting or even hide the boot drive entirely. If this applies, you might try swapping your SATA boot drive to another port.
What BIOS version are you running? I'll look into the available updates.
