My Synology RT 2600AC functions smoothly with your Comcast connection. However, I notice only a few weak WiFi signals from my location. Since my router supports WiFi 5 yet only shows WiFi 5 devices, it might affect performance in your single-family home setting.

In short, you're likely to have WiFi over that range, but it might not be reliable if people move around. Expect speeds close to 500Mbit, probably not reaching 500Mbit consistently. A TV usually needs no more than 20Mbit, possibly less for lower resolutions. TV built-in WiFi isn't very strong, so you might need an extender or a mesh network if your router supports it.
