Device failure detected, monitor unable to connect.

Hello, I bought the LG ultragear 24GN65R recently, but when trying to connect it to my PC it shows "no signal detected." I checked both DisplayPort and HDMI ports, even swapped to a different HDMI cable, but nothing worked. My GPU is a 1050 Ti and it works fine with the old monitor via DVI. It might be an issue with my GPU ports. I also tried connecting the old monitor using HDMI instead of DVI, but that didn't help. Any suggestions?

Ensure both monitors are connected via the GPU ports, not relying on the motherboard’s built-in display outputs.

Yes, it works with GPU ports. You don’t need to use both monitors together right now; just replace your old one and see how it affects performance. Your old model is a BenQ GL2250HM.

You might want to test it again. If the issue persists with the HDMI connection, it seems the HDMI port itself could be the cause.

Could you ask a friend to lend you a GPU? Also, do you have another HDMI port at home that you could use to check if your monitors are functioning properly?

It might be possible to purchase a DVI to HDMI cable and see if it resolves the issue.
