Based on the details, the computer fails to power on even after pressing the power button. Attempts to bypass the power button pins and connect only minimal hardware still don’t initiate booting. The PSU remains active via USB connections. It’s possible the power supply is functioning but not delivering stable power to the system. The CPU or motherboard might be faulty, as other components are still receiving power. No additional hardware is needed for basic troubleshooting like checking fans or cables.

Verify the motherboard and CPU by removing all RAM and attempting to boot. A RAM problem will appear if the CPU and motherboard are functional. If either component is faulty, or if the power supply is the issue, you won’t see a RAM error. The next troubleshooting stage requires testing with another CPU, PSU, or motherboard. Also, was this a brand new setup or did the system fail?

I doubt the motherboard is displaying any fault messages. The device ceased functioning after I powered it down for roughly a week. Typically I keep it in sleep mode.

There is an error beep code detected. Ensure the small motherboard speaker is connected. Refer to the diagram on the right side of the board for details.

Understood! I don't believe the motherboard is included, so I'll attempt to acquire one and check the situation.

Typically it’s packed inside a small ziplock containing screws and standoffs. Verify the box if you have it; otherwise, they’re very affordable. A nearby computer repair service may provide one at no cost.

Collected the device, connected it, turned on the power, but there was no audio. Used short power connectors, still no sound.

Yes, the system emitted a no-error tone only from the CPU and motherboard, without any RAM activity detected.
