I'm having some issues with the secure boot setup for Windows 11 using BIOS. The computer won't start, even after checking common fixes like resetting the CMOS and adjusting Jbat1 pins. I thought it needed to be done while powered on, but now it only powers on partially with no display. My specs are a Ryzen 5 5600X, MSI B450M PRO-VDH GPU, 16GB RAM, and T-FORCE storage.

Perform the CMOS operation with the computer powered off and ensure it remains disconnected for a minimum of one minute. Replace your RAM during this process. This should clear all settings on the board.

No, the screen remained off after replacing and reinstalling the CMOS battery and resetting the RAM.
