Occasionally it restarts itself, such as clearing CMOS, cycling the power supply, or switching the PSU from a 24-pin cable. I've tried updating BIOS, Windows, and various software fixes. There are no problems with the speaker or the button. After re-seating the CPU, RAM, and GPU, where should I begin next? Should I consider replacing the PSU or a new motherboard?
