Hello, I'm facing a problem with the WAP included in my apartment, specifically the Luxul XWR-1200. I've tried performing a factory reset to use it alongside my ISP-provided AP. The manual indicates all port indicator lights should flash, but only port 2 is active. After resetting, the AP starts creating new WANs with SSIDs, which are password-protected and don't show any password on the sticker or documentation. Someone with experience or advice would be really helpful. Also, when connected via Ethernet, I can't access the WAP configuration page and keep seeing a "site can't be reached" error. Thanks. P.S.

Are you sure you're performing the factory reset correctly? Usually there's a soft reset and then a factory reset. The procedure can vary. Are the new SSIDs generic names such as the make of the access point or something else? If they're generic the reset is probably working. It could also be a possibility that the access point requires a controller. Most don't. Have you been able to find the manual online?

I successfully reached my target by using the Luxul mobile app, which handles the initial configuration for you. This discovery came from exploring a rather niche YouTube tutorial for another Luxul WAP model.
