You've just switched to a newer Ryzen processor but your system isn't recognizing it. The BIOS on your motherboard should support Ryzen 5000 chips, yet your PC won’t boot with the old CPU. Check the BIOS settings for compatibility and consider reinstalling the OS or updating the BIOS to ensure proper recognition.
Try shorting the "PW-SWITCH" pins on the mb if its an switch error, otherwise, remove the cmos, let it sit for arround 5 minutes and then try again(NOTE: THIS FACTORY RESETS YOU'RE BIOS!!!), otherwise, look for error codes/debug led (if there), if not, try reseating you're cpu and gpu. if possible, boot from the i-gpu. if it all fails (including shorting the "PW-SWITCH" pins, get a replacement board, if it works, sorry, but you're board is, to say the least, damaged.
I'm sorry you had to replace your motherboard, but it might work better to reinstall the old BIOS. If that doesn't help, try updating the BIOS again. If neither works, consider getting a new board or contacting the manufacturer for support.
It seems like the hardware might be experiencing occasional problems. Generally, there aren't many solutions other than replacing it with another unit. I'd consider getting a new one and testing it. If that doesn't resolve the issue, it could point to a power supply problem requiring a PSU replacement. This is unlikely, but worth checking. Good luck!
I realized I shouldn't have purchased the Asus motherboard since it performed poorly.
