the drivers are installed and the pc is discoverable, but when you try to add a device in settings, it fails to locate the speaker. connecting both phones works, so the issue might be with the pairing process or the device itself. turning it on makes it appear in the bluetooth list, yet there’s no visible pair button on the speaker.
