Do you have another power source to test? Usually the supply stops working or doesn’t provide enough power to start the PC. Check your motherboard for error codes or LED lights—issues with the CPU, RAM, or graphics card might be involved. Some users reported their motherboards shutting down without any CPU fan, which could also affect performance.
That means the board is not getting enough power or there is an issue with the power supply. Check none of the cables have come loose, and follow where you PC is plugged in....and maybe try another outlet. If none of that works, well it never hurts to have a backup power supply. EDIT - also as power supplies age they actually produce less and less power. I just ran into this exact issues with Dells at workplace, where there 350 watt power supply had aged and now was only outputting 280watt and the PC would not turn on. If we threw a new power supply in, the computer went back to working no problem.
I've explored various connections and still only received another inspection to verify internal functionality. Are there any methods to confirm whether the power supply is delivering the expected voltage? This would help avoid purchasing it unnecessarily.
It's only when it stops moving forward that the issue arises, whether it's a CPU or power problem.
Remove the RAM and attempt to start the system. If a RAM error appears, the issue lies with the memory module. If not, check the CPU, motherboard, or power supply unit. You might also try unplugging the device and holding the power button for ten seconds to reset the capacitors, which can sometimes resolve boot issues. Don’t explain why it helps—computers can be tricky.
But if they aren't illuminated, then none of them are passing the POST check. It begins with the CPU and progresses through each stage, step by step. If the CPU doesn't activate, then the issue lies with the CPU or power supply. If it halts on the GPU, the problem probably involves the GPU or the following part... and even if everything is lit, a faulty CPU fan might be the culprit.
