Components: CPU AMD Ryzen 7 7700X 8 cores 16 threads unlocked, Motherboard MSI Pro B650-P with Wi-Fi, PSU Corsair RM750x, RAM G.Skill 16x2 DDR5, GPU not applicable, CPU supports graphics.
Current issue: Computer fails to start completely—no fans spinning, no lights turning on. I’ve replaced the RAM and CPU, verified all power connections are secure, and tested a different power outlet. All parts are new.

When I assembled my initial PC last month, it failed to power on properly. It turned out the motherboard connector at the PSU wasn't fully seated. My advice would be to re-examine all eight and twelve-pin connectors for the PSU, motherboard, CPU, and if needed, the GPU.
