I was in GTA V and encountered a blue screen that caused the computer to shut down. After restarting, the RGB light remained active on the motherboard while a green indicator appeared. When I activated the power switch on the motherboard, the green light eventually turned off after some time. I've already checked the CPU, cooler, and RAM; nothing seems to be wrong. The fans aren't spinning. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Specs: I7 9700k Z390 Prime, 16GB DDR4 RAM, Corsair RM750x, MSI RTX 2070, 500GB Samsung Evo M.2 drive.

Confirmed, no fans are running so the PC isn’t starting. Do you have a backup PSU? It might be worn out.

I've tested various PSUs and got the same outcome. The green light and RGB indicators are on the motherboard, but pressing the power button doesn't work.

If you press the power button, the light on the motherboard will turn on. If it doesn’t respond, it may be permanently on.

Signal approved yet the RGB illumination remains active on the motherboard.

Did you notice any dampness on the motherboard? The laptop that got spilled milk on it behaved similarly before it failed completely.

Disconnect the power supply and remove the CMOS battery for 5 to 10 minutes. Restart the device afterward. Verify the RAM is installed in slots A2 and B2 on the motherboard.

I installed the CPU cooler once more. This round, the fans are turning but then the power stops and resumes spinning. A red CPU indicator remains lit continuously. There’s no screen present. I didn’t include the cooler model in my notes—just mentioned it was a Master Hyper Evo 212 cooler.
