Hello, I've checked the forum discussions but haven't found a solution yet. My Aorus B850i pro with an AMD 9700x isn't turning on. When I connect the power supply, the CPU indicator flashes twice and the fan runs briefly. After that, nothing happens when I press the power button or try to short the PW pins on the FS header. Since all parts are new, it might be a defective unit. I ran a BIOS Q flash, but it didn't resolve the issue. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Inspect the 8-pin connector at the top-left side of the motherboard. Verify the fan cable or header for the CPU cooler. Which GPU model are you running? For your Gigabyte X870E Aorus Pro Ice board, the iGPU wasn't enabled by default—if you're using it now. The Ryzen 9700X should work without issues. Which BIOS version did you attempt to install via USB Q-Flash Plus? When the CPU LED flashes twice, are you referring to the Debug LEDs in the top-left corner of the board?
