Device fails to power on or respond.
Hi, I recently purchased a new RAM kit and installed it just to check if it would fit with my CPU cooler. After several attempts to make it work, I had to revert back to the old RAM. Everything was connected, but my system wouldn’t power on and there was no boot menu. I’ve already tried checking for loose cables, swapping RAM sticks, and reconnecting all cables.
Take the power cord from your PSU and remove the CMOS battery for 5 to 10 minutes (you might need to take out the GPU). After that, reinsert the battery and restore power. Check if the system boots correctly. Note: Keep the computer running for about 5 to 10 minutes after turning it on the first time to let the RAM initialize.
It's worth giving it a shot. At least you can mark it as a possible answer if it fails
The power button isn't working properly after use. It's frustrating, especially after a long day. You might want to try repairing it or replace the device if it doesn't work.
