Confirmed all power cables correctly. I understand the power supply works fine on the motherboard (Strix X570-I). No debug LEDs respond when you press the power or reset buttons. Fans remain inactive; only the RGB LEDs light up when powered, but no changes occur in the PC during power-on sequence.

Reset CMOS using pins or remove the battery for 20 seconds and attempt a power cycle. Confirm you're on the correct power switch pins, refer to your motherboard manual. Try one stick of RAM and reinsert your power to the motherboard—verify the 24-pin connector is in the correct position on a modular setup. Is this a new issue or a recent modification?

I also attempted to short the CMOS pins, but it doesn’t seem to affect anything since it’s working fine and isn’t having any issues starting up.

The actions are the same as when the CPU is removed. I’ll attempt installing an older CPU just in case the BIOS needs it.

I've updated my responses with clearer phrasing while retaining the original intent. My system specifications remain consistent with standard configurations.

It's a fresh setup with an older PSU, SSD, RAM, new GPU and CPU, plus a used board and case I purchased secondhand. I suspect the BIOS might need updates to support the 5600 chipset. The issue resets when I remove the CPU from another functioning machine, but it doesn't attempt to detect a CPU or do anything else. This makes me curious about the purpose of the CPU debug LED.

Interestingly, the problem wasn't there. I'm hoping ASUS will resolve it once I submit it for repair, because it seems they might have just overwritten the BIOS.
