I assemble a new x570 pc featuring a 3800x CPU, an ASUS X570 Pro motherboard, RAM from Thermaltake 3200MHz 16GB, a Corsair RMA850i PSU, and an ASUS Strix 1080Ti. When attempting to boot, nothing happens except the GRUB menu appearing. No BIOS is visible. On the motherboard, a single LED indicates DRAM presence. After removing and reinserting the RAM, the issue persists. I purchased new RAM but the problem continues. Anyone has advice?

Is the monitor linked to the GPU? Do you have RAM in slots 2 and 4? Are the fans beginning to spin?
