Every time I start the PC, everything appears normal. Then it suddenly pauses, shuts off, and restarts itself after a short while before turning off again. This keeps happening over and over. What should I do?

This effect is known as "bootlooping" and may result from various factors like a damaged BIOS or malfunctioning components. The initial action would be to reset the CMOS.
