Every time I start the PC, everything appears normal. Then it suddenly pauses, shuts off, and restarts itself after a short while before turning off again. This keeps happening over and over. What should I do?

This effect is known as "bootlooping" and may result from various factors like a damaged BIOS or malfunctioning components. The initial action would be to reset the CMOS. Disconnect the computer from the power source, find the CMOS cell on the motherboard, remove it, let it sit for 5-10 minutes, then reinsert and check the system. This restores the BIOS to its original configuration, potentially resolving your problem.

The PC continues to loop indefinitely without progressing, even after power cycles, which is classified as a bootloop.

It repeatedly attempts to start, keeps failing, and loops endlessly. Basically, it’s trapped in a cycle.

I don't have a clear idea of the brand you're referring to. Could you provide more details?
