Interesting. Generally, chipset drivers come directly from the manufacturer, which tends to be more up-to-date than those bundled during automatic updates.

I have installed the proper chipset drivers, now I have 1 unknown device, with hardware ID PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1C3A&SUBSYS_04911025&REV_04. Can not find the drivers for it, intel only has the NUC version of it.

Located the driver successfully, yet it remains inactive. Changed the motherboard to a budget Acer model for testing, but it also doesn’t power down.
