My DRAM and graphics card passed testing in another PC but on this one the DRAM light stays lit. Restarting the computer without changes causes the DRAM light to fade off and the VGA light to activate. I’ve checked each RAM stick and slots, removed and reinserted the graphics card, but the DRAM light remains active most of the time. The VGA light sometimes works but never stays on together.
