Device fails to maintain accurate timekeeping
Windows chose to apply an update before I could test the plan. It was quite bothersome, given this device isn’t set to download updates automatically. Once the update completed, everything worked perfectly again. The settings stayed unchanged, and the problem seems fixed now.
