Attempted to bypass the pins. Result was no success. Disconnected the GPU. No improvement. Tested with both RAM sticks in the A2 slots—one stick, adjusted the heat sink slightly, but still nothing.

I resolved that problem and updated the main post. There’s another issue with my display not appearing, which I think might be due to trying to run it via an HDMI cable from the GPU. I plan to borrow a VGA cable from work to test it tomorrow off the motherboard directly.
