Device fails to initialize properly after connecting the network cable during startup.
I've experienced some unusual power behavior recently (this began after installing MSI's Dragon Center, which is now removed). During startup, my CPU cores remain at maximum even when in balanced mode. Reconnecting the network cable resolves the issue, and all my programs start normally: NVIDIA GeForce Exp, Malwarebytes, ICE, Steam, Ubisoft, Origin, Afterburner, PowerToys, NordVPN, and Emby. I suspect a download or update might have triggered this, but I haven't confirmed that. I waited a while for Windows to stabilize, letting updates run, but the problem persists until I disconnect and reconnect the network. Could there be another reason behind this?
The cause I identified was starting from the origin at boot; turning it off resolved the problem.
I resolved it and added mystic light, though I’m still unsure what caused the problem beyond it starting at boot. Rather than removing it, I reinstalled my lighting profiles, reapplied them, rebooted, and everything now functions properly. It’s been really frustrating, so if anyone has any insight, please let me know.
