To activate or deactivate power management options, open the Start menu, type “Network and Sharing Center” and press Enter. Navigate to the adapter settings link in the top left of the interface. Select the network connection you wish to manage. Right-click it and choose Properties. In the Power Management section, toggle the Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power option. Checking it on powers down the adapter, leaving it off disables power management. For Wake on LAN, decide whether to allow all wake methods or just magic packets. Remember devices lacking ARP and NS offloads will use the default setting. Click OK to confirm.

All seems set according to what I know. I'm running on a computer with a separate graphics card and the driver is correctly installed. Still no success.
