Hi, I own a 2x16GB TridentZ (F4-3000C16D-32GTZR) memory kit with an ASUS ROG Strix B450-F Gaming motherboard. The RAM lighting effects aren’t reachable via Aura. I’ve updated the BIOS, reinserted the RAM, removed all associated software, and even checked the file permissions in Windows properties. Could you assist? Thanks!

I usually follow these steps when it happens: remove the aura software, restart and install a newer version, turn off the PC after use, then power it back on and check if it appears in aura.

Also consider reverting to an earlier BIOS release.

I entered it during the procedure. I'm using the latest update. I think I'll give it another shot.

Have you tried resolving this problem? I’m experiencing the same issue again.
