Device fails to detect power supply connection.

Hi, I'm working on a PC setup with an MSI Mag X570 Tomahawk Max Wi-Fi ATX AM4 board. It powers on without issues and I can enter BIOS, but once the case is closed it doesn't receive power. I've verified the cables are connected properly and the debug lights were active before. The motherboard was showing debug lights but not turning on either. Could you help me figure out what's going wrong?

Inspect the front panel connectors. Attempt to activate the device by connecting the PWR pins with a flathead screwdriver.

Remove the board from the case and perform a bench test once more. Verify the case thoroughly, confirming each standoff is correctly positioned and ensuring no additional standoffs were added.

I've already removed the board from the case, but it isn't turning on. There weren't any additional standoffs inside the case.
