The RAM is installed in B2 and A2, but pressing the power button doesn’t work. The bottom left has RGB indicators that light up when connected and powered on, yet no action occurs otherwise.
I shifted the RAM back to the position you told me, but it didn’t make a difference. I used my previous power supplies with the ATX cable, which worked, so it seems my 700 PSU might not be getting enough power yet while the 600 is fine.
A faulty power supply, a dislodged cable or a damaged connector are all potential causes. Luckily, you’ve identified the fix early. Honestly, I’d have suspected the PSU much later.
Essentially, the motherboard chipset starts initially but halts afterward. I verified the RAM and graphics card security settings, yet it still attempts to launch and then stops.
