Hi, I wasn’t sure what you meant by “before the pc didn't start turning on.” Did something trigger it on its own or was there an action inside the system? Also, could you confirm the full name of your power supply unit?
Remove all PSU connections and check the 24-pin short pins 3 and 4 using a paperclip to see if it powers up. It seems there’s a short circuit, and the short protection is preventing the PSU from starting. Review the clip on the top side, specifically the row with pins 3 and 4.
It's normal sometimes, but double-check if you accidentally harmed the motherboard. If not, keep your saved data safe.
