Follow option one from the provided link.
Then proceed with the next steps:
Create a small memory dump using Windows' built-in feature during a BSOD.
Access File Explorer and go to C:\Windows\Minidump.
Transfer the generated mini-dump files to your Desktop.
Avoid using Winzip; use Windows' native tool instead.
Select the files on your Desktop, right-click and choose 'Send to' – Compressed (zipped) folder.
Upload the resulting zip file to the cloud (OneDrive, DropBox, etc.).
Share the link to the uploaded file so we can review it together.

Colif, the link appears to be correct. Does it function as expected?

I have a comparable problem too. After reading this, I believe the .dmp file above has been shared correctly now.

there was a need for minidumps too, but they won't be that large. I have to free up space in my VM to download the file, and it will only display as much as a minidump can. I considered reaching out to @ubuysa, who might have seen something similar before. Once I understand why my VM thinks it's full even after clearing Windows update history, I plan to run the conversion. Sorry for the delay—I thought I’d checked the file size and figured installing it on a 32GB VM would be fun since space was running low. I hope someone else will take a look. I now need to set up a new VM, which took about 5 hours... here are the results...

Thank you for the update. I retrieved the specifications at the time of purchase and upgraded the RAM to match yours. No worries about that.

Adding a backup in case it remains necessary.

How recently did you update the RAM? Was there a significant delay before problems began?
