Hey, I see what's happening. When your PC was off, the game froze. Now that it’s back on, it starts working again but makes a loud beep. Disconnecting the CPU cable from MOBO stops the beeping, but plugging it back in while working causes it to sound again. Also, sending the video is too big.

Are those sounds originating from your motherboard? If yes, tally the beeps and search for the corresponding code on the manufacturer's website.
