Here’s a summary of your situation:
The list of computer components you provided is available online. When using normal apps like Discord or Spotify, your PC restarts abruptly, turning off the mouse and keyboard while fans continue to spin. Temperatures remain stable (57-60°C). This issue occurs even when running games such as GTA V with background services active. Possible causes could involve background processes or resource contention. Let me know if you need further help!

Open Command Prompt via the search bar and run it with administrator privileges. When prompted, execute ipconfig /flushdns and press Enter. This command clears DNS cache, which can help with browsing speed, though its effect on RAM usage is limited. Ideally, keep only necessary applications running and monitor RAM utilization.
