Device detection failed, the keyboard touchpad was not identified.
Hello everyone, I recently purchased a keyboard touchpad all in one from Amazon. It’s having trouble with sensitivity—it keeps accidentally clicking when it shouldn’t. The drag-and-drop and selection functions are really frustrating. I tried adjusting the Windows touchpad settings, but they don’t seem to resolve the issue with the keyboard’s touchpad. It seems Windows isn’t recognizing it as a touchpad. Is there a way to tell Windows to treat this device as a touchpad? Thanks for any advice! Also, I’m open to returning it if you have a better idea. Appreciate your help!
