Are all connections secure? Since I’m not a tech specialist, the safest way is to verify each plug is properly attached.

Check if your computer starts up properly. Determine whether the problem lies with the PC itself or just the keyboard. See if changing the port type (USB 2 vs 3, or moving from a case header to direct motherboard connection) resolves the issue.

the pc starts without issues except for the back USBs. when turning it on, the keyboard flashing stays longer. on my gk61 the rgb works but doesn’t send a signal to the pc.

Do you have an alternative keyboard available for testing? Is your mouse also not functioning properly? USB drivers are essential components that the operating system loads automatically at startup, which might make troubleshooting a bit unusual. Once the PC starts running Windows, do you notice the standard two-note sound when connecting or disconnecting any USB device?
