Device connectivity issues Port malfunction Signal loss or instability
When I turn on my computer, everything functions properly—keyboard responds and the mouse connects via its charger while charging. However, when trying to enter a password, nothing appears to work; the mouse pointer doesn’t move, and other features aren’t responding. Please let me know if you need further assistance.
Explain what you're referring to by USB on your motherboard. Also share the system details and the devices you're using—mouse and keyboard. Let me know if this issue is new or unexpected.
It seems your PC functions normally until around 20 minutes, after which all USB devices stop working. Your usual fix is restarting the computer and waiting about 10 minutes before reconnecting the USB drives. If this doesn't resolve the issue, please let me know.
It seems there’s a clear heat issue here. A reboot might not solve it, but waiting could help. I’d need details about the machine—especially the motherboard and PCIe slots—to diagnose further. It might be a peripheral causing the warmth. One thing at a time should work for testing the peripherals. Edited July 25, 2022 by Bombastinator
I own a B360m Bazooka and nothing is hot, while I have a GTX 750 Ti.
Whenever I turn on my computer, the keyboard lights up red for a brief moment before it stops responding, while the other one shows RGB colors. No other functions operate normally and no signals reach the system.
