I purchased shorturl.at/mKPQX but my computer isn't recognizing it for some reason. It has two settings—red for receiving and blue for transmitting. After connecting it, nothing appears to link. The Device Manager doesn't show a Bluetooth option.

You might need to download and set up a software driver before using it. I recall purchasing one from Amazon some time ago, and it seems it requires a specific driver.

I saved the file yesterday yet it doesn’t appear in Device Manager. You might want to try connecting AirPods and see if it works. For the transmitter/receiver setting, check your device settings for the appropriate mode.

Open Device Manager while the adapter is connected. Are there any devices reporting issues? Which ones appear under Bluetooth?

There is no Bluetooth at all unless it's something different...

You're selecting between two Bluetooth options. Which device do you have: the one with the "aux adapter" or the "plug and play pc"?
