Today I received my 3070 but it couldn't fit in the dedicated network slot, so I transferred it to the PCIe slot below. Now it doesn't work properly, though Windows still recognizes the Bluetooth USB when I insert it into the PCIe slot. Specifications: Motherboard – MSI PRO Z690-A, Network Card – ASUS PCE-AX3000

Did you add the software from that site, could it fix the issue?

I added it via the ASUS website for the specific network card you mentioned.

Install the NetAdapter Repair All In One tool from Majoreeks. Verify all options and start the process.

The app failed initially, but I tried running it with admin rights and it still reported an unhandled exception. After reinserting the network card into its dedicated slot, it worked properly. Now the GPU isn’t connecting to the best position.
