Device began restarting immediately upon power on.
I recently received a new case to upgrade my computer. It was working smoothly at 5GHz on my 8700K with no problems at all. After the switch, the CMOS battery failed and there were clock speed issues, which I resolved. Now the main issue is that every time it boots, it briefly powers on but then shuts down immediately, only restarting after a couple of seconds. This seems like a power cycle happening each time. Anyone know what’s going on or how to fix it? Also, does this apply to an ASUS Z390-E? Here’s a video of the behavior: https://imgur.com/a/qAx4Yi6
I just verified it still performs the same action after removing the overclock. Probably a bug inside the system. I reset everything to defaults and it functioned correctly. Clearly, there’s something specific about the overclock process.

These boards are completely typical. My Hero performs identical actions.
I realized it probably works. The video suggested adjusting the SVID setting, but after switching back to auto it runs normally again. Likely the issue is resolved.
