I assembled my initial PC and tried to power it on, but it failed to start. The issue isn’t with the power supply since certain components like the network slot and front light are already active. I’m uncertain about the exact problem.

What are your specifications? Does your board show any error codes? This might appear as a hexadecimal output similar to what’s shown here. If such an indicator isn’t visible, you’ll usually see a few small LEDs—this information is detailed in the manual and explains the failure process. I’d disconnect all components except one RAM stick, the CPU with cooler, and the power supply, then attempt to boot the system. I can't send pictures directly, but I can describe the image in detail or provide a clear visual reference based on your description. Let me know how you'd like it!

Specs would be nice. But from the sound of it, might be motherboard not working or cpu. Try reseating the cpu and or cheacking pins. Does cpu fan spin and if so does it go to full speed?

It just powered up, but your screens are blank except for the fans and the 3070ti displaying its RGB. The CPU cooler is also active.

the cpu fan is definitely making noise, especially if it's your own processor. if it's the motherboard, we need to figure that out. you might want to remove all the memory and test each slot individually.

does the fan generate warmth? I'm unsure about your cooler choice, but if you leave it on for a short time, does that fan/radiator emit any heat? If yes, then the CPU is receiving power. Otherwise, it's not functioning or getting power. Could you share a spec sheet?

The device stays cool most of the time, though it warms up slightly when in use.

It becomes warm, remove a memory stick, then inspect each channel individually.
